Slate Dabney is a native of Charlottesville, Virginia.  He is a retired attorney and an active community volunteer in Naples, Florida.  He earned his undergraduate and law school degrees from the University of Virginia and thereafter spent most of his legal career at McGuireWoods in Virginia and King & Spalding in New York, specializing in complex financial restructuring and litigation.  He wants to do whatever he can to help Naples, and particularly those less fortunate in the community.
