Greg has been a resident of Naples since 2011. He and his wife, Laura, were attracted to the area by the small-town character, charm and quality of life in Old Naples. Greg is a retired lawyer who worked for 35 years in the United States and internationally. While he worked and lived primarily in Kansas City, MO, he was also posted in Australia and London, England several times over those years. He has been active in various non-profit organization boards including acting as President of his homes’ association and country club, as well as various board positions with a charter school, police foundation, among others.
Greg joined the ONA board in 2023, motivated by a desire to help maintain the small-town character and charm of Olde Naples. Increasingly over the last decade and more, Naples has seen substantial commercial and residential development (some may say “over-development”) that has increased population and commercial density and concomitant traffic, noise, environmental, and health/safety concerns. He is committed to assisting ONA in fostering and supporting good city governance and common-sense approaches to address these concerns.
