Charlie moved to Naples in 2019 after residing in Indiana for 17 years. He assumed the role of interim Treasurer for ONA in late 2022 to fill an unplanned vacancy. In early 2023, he was appointed Assistant Treasurer of ONA to provide support for the new Treasurer. 

Charlie graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in mechanical engineering.  He began his career with Reynolds Metals Company and rose through the ranks in manufacturing management to general business management. He became VP of North America for an AlcoaGlobal Closure business in 2002 and retired from that business as VP of Global Manufacturing and R&D in 2017.
