Paul moved to Naples from the Eastern Shore of Maryland in 2014.  He has served as CEO and director of several publicly-listed energy, water and food companies.  Previously he held positions as CEO of The AES Corporation, Hygo Energy Transitions and as a director of Ingredion and Aquaventure Holdings. He currently serves as the Chairman of CubicoSustainable Investments and a director of Excelerate Energy.  Paul also remains very active in various roles related to the energy transition to a low carbon economy, infrastructure planning in developing economies and land conservation.

On the ONA board, Paul focuses on sidewalk, bicycle path and utilities developments. He was instrumental in getting the 3^rd Street sidewalk completed in Old Naples.  Paul also serves on the Nominating Committee.
