Terry is the managing partner of McCullough and Associates, LLC located in Springfield, Missouri.  He graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in accounting and started working for a regional accounting firm. Soon after that Terry passed the Certified Public Accountancy Uniform test and became partner in that firm in 1984. In 1992, Terry had a different vision of what an accounting firm should be and started McCullough and Associates, LLC.  Through that vision, he has assisted over 1,000 companies to realize their own dreams.  In 2000, he incorporated financial services in the accounting firm and became one of the top financial service providers for the broker dealer.

He has been a board member of OMB Bank for the past 16 years, having served as Chairman for the last six years. OMB Bank is a community bank founded in 2000 which has grown to ten locations in southwest Missouri and Kansas City.  

Terry is married to Tracey, and they have four children, and seven grandchildren ranging is ages 10 months to 21 years old.  In his spare time, he likes to travel, play pickleball, ride bikes, work in the garden back in Missouri, and if time permits, he might do a little bit of boating and fishing.

Terry is a current member of the Missouri Society of CPA’s, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Accredited Investment Fiduciaries, and the Executive Council for Cetera Financial Specialists. In the past, he has served in leadership roles in his hometown church, the American Cancer Society, and the American Heart Association.

Tracey and Terry fell in love with Naples fifteen years ago and purchased a home here in September 2020 where they currently reside. They love the small-town charm but with all the big city conveniences.  Through good neighbors and encouragement Terry became a member of the Old Naples Association (ONA). In 2023, ONA nominated Terry to serve on the board as Treasurer in the role he currently holds.
