Neighborhood

STRATEGIC GOAL

ONA works to preserve the small town character and charm that make Naples a distinctive and high quality place to live, work, and play. The Committee focuses on noise from landscaping equipment and traffic, bicycle and pedestrian access and safety, and the appearance of our cityscape.

ONGOING PROJECTS

Landscape equipment noise: We are working with the City on ways to limit the disruption arising from landscaping equipment.

Parking on the right of way: We are also in discussion with the police regarding parking in the rights of way, especially trucks and buses, and encourage residents to report dangerous violations to the police.

Bicycles and pedestrians: We have an alliance with the Naples Pathway Coalition and support their efforts for bicycle and pedestrian friendly roads and sidewalks.

Please join us in these efforts. We look forward to hearing from you at neighborhood@oldnaplesassociation.com whenever you have a concern, question or suggestion about neighborhood issues.

NOTE: as of November, 2017, we do not have volunteers to carry this work forward! Please let us know if you'd like to contribute in this area.
